  • Self-Study Manual Training

    This session will be valuable to those who will be seeking accreditation/reaffirmation with a Self-Study year of 2022-23 and forward. We will review the new self-study manual that corresponds to the IACBE Principles that were revised in 2021: its new look, layout, and requirements.

  • Site Visitor Training

    We are pleased to announce that there will be virtual training for all current and prospective site team members who could not attend the training during this year’s Annual Conference and Assembly Meeting (ACAM). Training will take place May 12 and 13, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day (attendance both days is required).

    Taking a fresh perspective on conducting site visits in conjunction with recent changes to visit protocols and the upcoming implementation of revised IACBE Principles – this training will be mandatory for all individuals who wish to become or remain eligible to serve as a site team member (including Chairs).

    This training is by invitation only. If you have not completed an application first, please contact us at iacbe.iacbe.org and wait to register.

  • Forum – Student Live Case Competitions: How to Be a Part of it All!

    Join us as we talk about not one, not two, but THREE upcoming opportunities be have your students participate in a Live Case Competition.

    Jordan Levy of CapSource, along with Antwon Woods and Michal Dillon of the Southern Region, will talk about the ins and outs of preparing for the Fall 2022, Fall Region 3, or Spring 2023 case competitions. We’ll discuss putting together a team, how to prepare, and offer tips on what has worked for our past winners. Open to members and nonmembers alike.

    Join Cecilia Livengood, CCEP, as she covers the requirements of the Interim Quality Assurance Report and answers your questions. No registration required…just join through the GoToMeeting link.

    Each accredited member of the IACBE is required to submit an Interim Quality Assurance Report (IQAR) midway through its awarded period of accreditation.

    The purpose of the Interim Quality Assurance Report is to (1) provide results and your assessment of student learning and achievement in relation to the academic business unit’s stated goals, (2) provide evidence that the academic business unit continues to comply with the IACBE’s Accreditation Principles, and (3) provide IACBE with data needed to evaluate achievement of its accredited programs individually and in aggregate.

    If you are not sure when your IQAR is due, you may contact your assigned liaison at IACBE Headquarters . Please note the IQAR also requires that schools submit one complete set of outcomes assessment results.
